On September 14, we launched the Govern Like a Girl book tour at Huron University College, co-hosted by the Western Bookstore!
The event featured four terrific and inspiring student speakers: Sarah Kabani, Emma Harmos, Jehan Mohamed and Ziyana Kotadia. We talked about the book, and more broadly about how to encourage a greater diversity of women into political life.
A highlight of the event was seeing kids in attendance get excited about the book. :)
